Sitting all day

You know you should move. You just don't know what to do.

You sit for work. Something aches, and sticking with it is hard. Pick up to two tags. You get a short fixed list. Daily starts at 50 minutes. Practice starts at 5. You switch the timer.

Who it's for

Everyday discomfort from sitting at a desk.
For
You sit for work, and your back, neck, or shoulders bother you most days.
You know you should move. You don't know what to do, and you have a hard time sticking with it.
Not for
You want a gym program, a coach, or a different workout every day.
You want a training prescription, or an app that reads your health data.
A doctor has told you to exercise only under supervision.

How it works

Three steps. Then the same short list.
01
Pick up to two tags
A tag is an everyday discomfort, in ordinary words. Two is the maximum, whether you pay or not.
02
Get a small fixed list
Those tags map to a short list of moves. Nothing is generated, and the list does not change on its own. If you have a kettlebell, a band, or you can get on the floor, a move can swap for the version that uses it.
03
Switch Daily and Practice
Daily is the longer block. It starts at 50 minutes. Practice is the short round. It starts at 5. You switch. The timer counts elapsed time and waits.

Ten tags

In the words you'd use. Pick at most two.
Low back ache and numb glutes after sitting
Stiff neck, tight at the base of the skull
Rounded shoulders and a hunched chest
Shoulder clicks or aches when side-sleeping
Tight hamstrings, hard to reach your feet
Back aches after lifting a child or carrying things
Hard to squat or get up from the floor
Out of breath on longer walks or hills
Afternoon slump, low energy
New to exercise, want a bit of strength

Why it's fixed, and small

The short list is the design. There is no algorithm choosing for you.
It does not change on its own
There is no new plan each day. The list stays until you change tags. A kettlebell, a band, or the floor only swaps a move for another version.
Two tags, not a program
You are not asked to train your whole body. You pick the discomfort you actually have.
Written down, not generated
The moves for each tag were chosen ahead of time. No model fills in the list.

Free, or one payment
